Since my husband is trying to keep a heart healthy diet, I have been busy in the kitchen coming up with heart healthy recipes for dinner. Well I have finally appealed to his sweet side by combining his favorite fruit and dessert, mango and ice cream. I have hit the nail on the head and made my hubby proud. I want to share with all of you my recipe for homemade Mango Sorbet.
Ingredients:
1 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Pinapple (fresh of frozen)
2 tablespoons Coconut flakes
2 cups pinapple juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
2. Freeze for a few hours or over night.
3. Enjoy!
