Meal Planner / Grocery List Free Printable
I have been using a meal planner for several years now (off and on when I am feeling organized LOL!) and I love using having all my meals planned out for the week and organizing a grocery list. But lately I have been seeing several meal planners on pinterest that I have been trying out. One in particular I really loved because of the layout however it needed a few small changes to fit my particular needs.
The color is really pretty too. It is a very soothing green which I love. However with suiting it to my taste I decided to go with turquoise and yellow and, most importantly, I added a section for alternative meals. Only because if I don't have the alternatives I will resort to junk food or take out. Eeeeeks! Thats really bad. So after creating it, I decided that it would be nice to share it with all my readers and give them the option of a different design. I hope you like it! For my FREE download printable click here.
Liz at Life in Yellow is is pretty much a genius. She says "I print this out and use it to make my meal plan and lists, take it to the store, then I hang it on my fridge once I get home. Don’t throw it away like you would a normal list. This way, I have a list of “oh yeah, I was going to make that” meals across the top…or a menu of options for the week, if you will, that I know I have the stuff on hand to make. I don’t specify days of the week for particular recipes – we just make what we’re in the mood for each night."
Yes, that is the way I have decided to run my ship over here too. I hope you find inspiration here for your kitchen too.
