Baby Shower / Sprinkle

My baby shower sprinkle

Hello everyone! I had such a busy weekend. It was the weekend of my Baby Shower Sprinkle! I had such  a great time visiting with everyone and even though I wasn't the host I still called dibs on the decorations, because that is what i do best. ;-)
We called this shower a "sprinkle" instead of a full on shower, because this is my second baby and I didn't need as many baby items as with my first pregnancy. Because I had a girl first time around and now am having a boy, my hosts still wanted to have a party for me to help prepare me for my first baby boy. I was so thankful.
I didn't get to take as many pictures as I wanted of everything but here are the few that I managed to get. I hope I can still inspire you for your next baby shower / sprinkle event.

The theme was an elephant spraying water up with his trunk (hence the sprinkle) the water droplets were shaped as hearts and of course to protect everything from getting wet there is an umbrella. The colors were a pastel teal blue and pastel lime green with a hint of a coral color. I printed all my invitations on a recycled off white cardstock and texturized the graphic for a soft vintage look.

I am selling this whole entire kit or parts of the kit on my Etsy shop. Of course it always comes tailored and customized for YOUR party.

Thank you to everyone who came and an even bigger thank you to all my hosts. Love you guys!
You can see how I printed it on recycled cardstock compared to the white cardstock.

My friends mom made this adorable diaper cake. I just love the puppy!

One of our activities was decorating baby clothes with fabric paint.

This idea came from my cousin Kemi. We had a game booth set up so that guests could come in and start the games as they please.
I had to add this in. My mom make these cute creatures from socks, washcloths and googley eyes.
